At a recent baby shower, everyone was given a cotton square and some fabric pens to express their sentiments to the new baby and the family. The squares have been shipped to me and I will create a keepsake quilt for the new baby.
Another good idea is to clear out all the old baby blankets or baby clothes you no longer wish to save and ship them to me. It's nice for them to have and it sparks fond memories for parents too.
Teens and adults can send their chosen fabrics for memory quilts too. Outgrown sports uniforms make a great quilt for teens.
